In this paper we will examine various techniques and methodologies of doing breast implant surgery and critically evaluate and give a recommendation as to the best technique amongst all the methods that are commonly followed. When we see what approach is used to make the breast space in the common approaches are are the inframammary approach, through the areola, and via the axilla. The most commonly referred route is the infimum Re approach, the reason for this is that this is the most direct approach and we are able to modify the inframammary crease as well as modify the the area of the breast where the maximum projection is required. This route is the most flexible in terms of the placement of the implant and also leaves a verified car which is never visible from the front of the breast

The second approach is from the axilla, also known as the transaxillary approach, this is done using the endoscopic approach and is commonly done in Latin America. This approach however has not become very popular because the chances of asymmetry between the two sides is the maximum in this approach and the patient can find it very difficult to wear sleeveless dresses because the scar may be visible in the axilla

III approaches from the areola. it is less commonly performed and other two because of chances of infection to the breast milk ducts following this approach and very large implants cannot be placed from here.

What is the best area of placement of the implant?

There are three basic regions of placement of the implant, above the muscle, below the muscle and in between which is commonly called as subfasciall approach and this is the most commonly follow technique in Latin America

The approach of putting implant above the muscle is done to achieve the best projection and is usually done in people with reasonably size breast, it is not preferred in very thin girls because implant maybe palpable

The second approach of placing the silicone implant behind the muscle is preferred because the rate of capsular Contracture is the least in this approach, however the projection is much less as compared to the previous approach

Our preferred approach is this subfascial approach of breast enlargement using silicone implants, because it combines the benefits of both above techniques, while giving best projection and least rates of capsular contracture.

Facial Fat Grafting in India: Everything You Need to Know

    Introduction

In the ever-evolving world of aesthetic and cosmetic surgery, facial fat grafting has emerged as one of the most natural and effective ways to rejuvenate and contour the face. India, especially cities like Delhi, has become a hotspot for this procedure thanks to skilled surgeons, advanced techniques, and affordable pricing.
    What is Facial Fat Grafting?
Facial fat grafting, also known as autologous fat transfer, is a cosmetic procedure that involves transferring fat from one part of the body (usually the abdomen, thighs, or flanks) to the face. This method helps restore volume, contour, and youthful texture, offering natural-looking and long-lasting results.
Unlike synthetic fillers, fat grafting uses your body’s own tissue, which reduces the risk of allergic reactions and complications. It is widely preferred for treating sunken cheeks, under-eye hollows, deep laugh lines (nasolabial folds), thinning lips, and even jawline definition.
